Space Walkthrough & Design
WEEK 1

We visit your location, measure the space, photograph existing conditions, and coordinate with your landlord. Our design team creates 3D renderings showing your complete pop-up.

Permits & Material Ordering
WEEK 2

We handle building permits if required, secure COIs, and order all materials, fixtures, and branding elements. Production begins on graphics and custom fabrication.

Build & Installation
WEEK 3-4

Our construction crew transforms the space: walls, flooring, electrical, fixtures, and branding. We work efficiently to minimize noise and disruption to neighboring businesses.

Final Touches & Handover
OPENING DAY

We style the space, conduct final QC, and hand over keys. Professional photography captured. Your pop-up is ready for customers or press preview.
